shadows, men and barriers
An older one from this years february. A mild and sunny day in the Alsace, France. I took this while walking, also without framing.

La Déesse
From yesterdays photowalk with my “second hand bought in new condition” Ricoh Caplio GX. Just a road scene, but one with a Citroen DS. I had only a second, the stoplight for the DS went green, no time for framing.

help the aged.
Here is one from the freiburg minster. The last week i was often inside our old church, not because of god, but to feel the special mood inside. The smell, the always beautiful light & the silence. So this day an old woman with her walking stick passes by this “R.I.P. plate”. It looks like she has only one leg, but it’s the slow shutter speed that does the trick. Afterwards this photo gets me reflective of life itself. I think the lyrics by Jarvis Cocker of the pop group PULP say much about it for everyone. HELP THE AGED.

Help the aged, don’t just put them in a home, can’t have much fun when they’re all on their own. Give a hand, if you can, try and help them to unwind. Give them hope and give them comfort
cos they’re running out of time. | Freiburg, Germany | Sony DT 18-70/3.5-5.6
